Who We Are?
The Boss Hijabi Society (BHS) is a global online community for female founders aged 30–50 (established, experienced, and/or serious about growth) who want to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually alongside like-hearted women.
Founded by Halimah DeOliveira in May 2018 as an in-person brunch series, BHS expanded in 2020 to include the Boss Hijabi University, an online platform offering courses, masterclasses, and a book club designed to help women align disciplined action with their desired results in the areas of Faith, Family, Finance, and Wellness.
BHS empowers women to:
