She founded the Boss Hijabi Society in hopes to bring women together in spaces where they are free to be themselves, share with like-hearted women learn and grow. Hosting brunches featuring Female leaders in the community across the United States she knew wasn’t enough. In 2020 in the wake of COVID-19, she expanded the community with other women of faith to include an Online University for hosting Monthly Webinars and Online events. In 2021 She created the 15 Week Build Your Boss Biz Grant Program in partnership with Penny Appeal Canada to provide Business Education and resources to new businesses. At the end of the 15 week program 5 Finalists will have the opportunity to pitch to win a $1500 grant to grow their business.
